Evidently the notion of a second Giuliani presidential bid isn’t just a joke, though it will be soon enough. I’ve noted before that people who invested with Bernie Madoff made a better investment than Giuliani campaign donors. Well, people who give him money for a 2012 bid would have done better investing in future Titanic tours after it crashed. At this time, it’s worth remembering some of Joe Biden’s finest ownership in his entire career:

My guess is that Giuliani will be treated more as an oddity/sideshow freak this time than a candidate with a chance. Rightly so, since the guy was polling way ahead of the competitors for most of the race in 2008 and all he could manage was one measly delegate. And current events have added irony to his normal shtick, since every mention of 9/11 will associate with the killing of Osama bin Laden, i.e. one of Barack Obama’s big accomplishments.

wow. considering that his 2008 bid was one of the biggest epic fails ever, whoever throws more money into this never-sinking titanic really needs to have their head examined.
