Good advice:

It makes me think of the Native American story about a man who tells his son that every person lives with two wolves fighting inside. One is a wolf of anger, resentment, guilt, self-pity, and lies. The other is a wolf of joy, serenity, truth, and compassion. They are locked in a constant battle. The son, frightened, asks his father, “Which will win?” And the father replies, “The one you feed.”
