Most polls are slanted one way or another. Either by design or by chance. A lot of these polls are based on landline telephone contacts, witch automatically pick a slanted section of the populace.
People can lie on polls too.

I assume that you mean a strippers pole at a strip club? I haven't seen a gentleman in ages, the last one wanted me to buy a $150,000 life insurance policy.
With out a doubt, but my point is that most of the poles are slanted by how they are designed before people start messing with them.
I too have not come across a gentleman in ages.
