... (0 comments)Pretty simple (and disturbing):
Oh, oh yes, do watch this video from Claire McCaskill’s town hall yesterday. Old serial killer-ish guy just gets up from the bleachers, STEALS the black lady’s poster of Rosa Parks that she’d been showing a reporter, rips and crumples it up, cops chase ‘em all out, and everyone boos the black lady. Raw Democracy!
Update: It looks like the asshole-in-question was arrested.

I never said that the opposition was not organized just uninformed and prejudiced. This is a prime example of people who will spend over three trillion dollars in a failed oil war but refuse to help their own people. They are misinformed. It also has the same feel as the failed tea bagger movement.
So why is this not a hate crime? A minor hate crime, but one nonetheless.
ummmm. . . i am not an american , dont know the american society that well and there is something i dont understand in this video. it seems after the man attacked the woman , people are cheering and clapping and instead of that man being taken away by police , the woman seems to be taken away and there's more police around the woman than the man . Why is that?

oh, vaneeza, where do i start? for one, police officers in this country have a terrible habit of supposing that the black people involved in a situation were obviously up to no good (although, to their credit, they did ultimately arrest the white guy and let the black lady go). for another, a goodly portion of the drooling masses in this particular audience were ginned-up conservative dead-enders who are uncomfortable with us now having a black president who they think is out to steal their money and dole it out to his largely minority supporters. for another, there are some insanely stupid people in this country who are just two steps above talking cattle. i could go on and on.
welcome back, by the way. i've missed your insight.

oh ok :) well i do visit your website quite often . I just dont comment as much because most of the topics are about american politicians or healthcare or other policies of american government that to be honest i dont know much about . Whenever i find a topic that i have knowledge about or that i can relate to, i do comment . By the way , i love your website . You are doing an excellent job :)

And if the police did not move to get her out of the rabid crowd we most likely would have seen a real hate crime. So they arrest her and then let her go.
Glad to know you've been around and thanks for the compliment :)

It’s amazing to me that Mitt Romney brings up France as a scary comparison point to himself so often when he spent years there and speaks the language. It’s such a minor point, but telling. I hardly saw them make physical contact, cant find the 'assault'
as a lawyer, i can enlighten you. it's actually both an assault and a battery.
assault: "an intentional act by one person that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent harmful or offensive contact." <a href="http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Ass…” target=”_blank”>http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Ass…
battery: "an intentional unpermitted act causing harmful or offensive contact with the "person" of another." … "Touching the person of someone is defined as including not only contacts with the body, but also with anything closely connected with the body, such as clothing or an item carried in the person's hand. For example, a battery may be committed by intentionally knocking a hat off someone's head or knocking a glass out of some-one's hand." <a href="http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/bat…” target=”_blank”>http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/bat…
no fee for the legal info :)
oh man then I have a lot of lawsuits to get done!
lol, me too. :) just because something is technically a battery doesn't mean a lawyer will take your case!
Given that this happened after the SEIU thugs were filmed beating townhall protesters, and after it was discovered that Cong. Dingell had planted peoplewith obnoxious posters, one has to wonder if the Obamanoids set this up, like they set up the Potemkin Village townhall in New Hampshire, complete with moppet who asked about the "mean" protesters. Moppet whose mom ran the Obama campaign in Massachusetts and was bused into New Hampshire for Obama's fake astroturf.
Keep believing whatever you want to believe. I know that facts won'tget in the way of whatever conspiracy theories you feel like cookingup. Here's one for you, Obama hacked into Sarah Palin's facebook pageand posted that 'death panel' nonsense. Fascism!!!!11!!!
