I think the reason you don’t get it is because you have a urban upbringing. You can get this thought process in rural Indiana areas, as well as the south. Both sides actually think that they are being nondiscrimination, and quite liberal in their approach. And by their standards they have come a long way. While I don’t agree with them it seems to work for them. This is the attitude that we as a people have to work with in relationships.

I remember when that came out. The point of it was to make fun of racism. That's what they say anyway and I believe them.
Satire is wonderful but a lot of times people miss it, but a satiric commercial? Unfortunately some people hold to these ideas and miss the satire.
