My my, I never want to be on HRH Peggerton Noonanshire’s bad side. She penned a double-barreled torpedo against Sarah Palin today in the WSJ that has to be read to be believed. Here’s a theme she touched on that my mom and I were talking about the other day:

“The media did her in.” [Wrong, h]er lack of any appropriate modesty did her in. Actually, it’s arguable that membership in the self-esteem generation harmed her. For 30 years the self-esteem movement told the young they’re perfect in every way. It’s yielding something new in history: an entire generation with no proper sense of inadequacy.

She shamelessly uses the press in her bid for the VP and then blames it when it wants to check her excesses. She wants acclamation from the press but not examination. She is pathetic.

Andrew should have mentioned how devastating the whole was; I didn't click-through until seeing it here.

Reading the column, I had to punch some air. Bravo.

Looks like Noonan's had it! Glad she's speaking up…screaming up. I think we're seeing the remnants of the degradingly cruel actions of McCain's team "win at any cost, to anyone, to our country, to any country". Palin could fit in Wasilla, in the "frontier"; create a little life with her imperfect hustling family, however strange. Yanking her out of there was as inappropriate and cruel as yanking a polar bear out of there and dropping them in NYC. At least some of the RNC are waking up and speaking up to this cruel hoax. She's a fish out of water and needs to be tossed back in. Maybe she's tossing herself back in, or continue to crudely be a manipulated wasilla flag for fools…to this I cringe. McCain's the jerk here; when will Noonan scream him out loud and clear?
