    This is one of the many differences between Republicans and Democrats.

    Republicans pretend that anybody with an education is a snob that can't identify with the common man. So they don't use words that Joe Sixpack might have to go and look up in the dictionary.

    Democrats want the common man to be educated and not need the dictionary to begin with.

    This can go both ways. Unfortunately most Americans read at the fifth grade level. Those who are so violently opposing the president do not read well, or write well. You can till this by their comments on various blogs. If you do not explain things to their level, they will automatically reject it. However, this process is usually carried much further than it should be.
