Since Ed Whelan has yet to refute the arguments that publius has made, and only resorted to cat calls and innuendo, it seems that he cannot refute these arguments. By exposing publius name, he has shifted the discussion to a different topic without answering the questions. This is a common tactic when you cannot defend yourself.
