Rahm Emmanuel Says No Prosecution for Torture Memo Authors

I just watched Rahm Emmanuel on This Week with George Stephanopolous. He basically said that the people who devised the Bush torture policy should not be prosecuted. Shit. If this really represents Obama's views, it sounds like a whole lot of war criminals are going to be let off the hook, even without an investigation.
