In the most recent ABC/WaPo poll … 81% believe it’s important for Obama to try to improve U.S. relations with Muslim nations (46% think it’s very important.)
One wonders who the 18% who disagree are. Further, 65% think Obama will go just the right distance to do so (22% think he’ll go too far).
Yes, you read that correctly. 18% of our country’s citizens believe that America’s relationship with Muslim nations doesn’t need any improvement.
It really makes one wonder what kind of truly outlandish question involving Obama a pollster would have to come up with in order to get less than 10% of respondents to pick a particular answer. Maybe these hypothetical questions:
Do you believe Barack Obama a gay socialist satan worshipper? No 89% / Yes 11%
Do you believe it’s wrong for Barack Obama to have fathered two negro children? No 92% / Yes 8%
Sigh…
